Please be advised the Clerk's Office of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont (Burlington) will be undergoing renovations commencing on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. Accordingly, the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office on the 2nd floor of the Burlington courthouse will be temporarily relocated to the 5th floor (combined with the District Court Clerk's Office) until the renovations are complete.

The services provided by the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office will not be affected by this change. Phone numbers and mailing addresses of the Clerk's Office and staff will remain the same.
