The United States Bankruptcy Court presents a free CLE designed to provide knowledge, skills and the development of strategies within the context of a Chapter 12 case under the Bankruptcy Code.
Participants will learn the nuts and bolts and distinguishing factors of a Chapter 12 case. While a familiarity of the bankruptcy process is assumed, sufficient information will be provided to assist with gaining a basic understanding of bankruptcy law. Offered in person to create opportunities to connect with peers and experts for collaboration, referrals and mentorship.
