Flu Advisory regarding Court Hearings

During this flu season attorneys, debtors, creditors, and other parties to a court hearing may have their hearings postponed if they are ill with the flu or have been exposed to the flu and have reason to believe they may be contagious. Requests for postponements should be made by contacting Courtroom Deputy Terri Satterlee at (802) 776-2010.

Court Information

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court's hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., closed all Federal holidays. The public counter in Rutland is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Court is held in Rutland and Burlington.
