WHEREAS, providing bankruptcy case trustees with access to the Court's PACER system would increase their efficiency and reduce costs to the estates they administer; and

WHEREAS, most cases do not result in compensation to the trustees sufficient to justify payment of the PACER system access fees;

THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that effective immediately the PACER Service Center of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts should extend free access to the case trustees relevant only to cases assigned in the service of trustee duties in this district. The clerk is to provide the service center with a listing of the trustee names and relevant contact information and update this listing as needed.
