CM/ECF Training

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont would like to remind all attorneys that they must register for the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) System as a pre-requisite to filing papers in this Court, unless, upon motion, registration is excused by the Court (Vt. LBR 2090-1(a)). Attorneys are required to complete CM/ECF training as part of the registration process. The training requirement may be satisfied upon proof of completion of a similar training course in another court.
