CM/ECF Training
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont would like to remind all attorneys that they must register for the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) System as a pre-requisite to filing papers in this Court, unless, upon motion, registration is excused by the Court (Vt. LBR 2090-1(a)). Attorneys are required to attend a free 3 hour CLE training program as part of the registration process.
