In an effort to utilize video conferencing technology, the Court has consolidated motion calendar days by making the several changes to the Hearings Calendar for the months of July, August and September. |

On September 19, 2006, the Judicial Conference approved several changes to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule relating to implementation of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA) and the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA). |
