RE: New Schedule For Hearing Times
Vermont Local Bankruptcy Rules 5070-1 and 9013-1 address the scheduling of hearings. In order to make it easier to schedule those hearings we have expanded our listing of specific motions, etc. and their respective scheduling times.
The revised list of times for hearings is on Page 2. Note that the scheduling time for Motions for Relief From Stay is different from in the past. Please refer to this list when setting times for hearings. Dates and locations of hearings are set forth on the Court’s Website:
