INSTRUCTIONS:

• To access the ECF training database, enter the following web address:

DEBTORS’ ATTORNEYS:

• Please complete the following exercise. You may either file manually, or use petition preparation software. You may use fictitious debtor information (debtor name, SSN, address etc). Also, you will need to create your own PDF images for the exercises. These PDF images only need to contain the title of the document(s) being filed:

 File a Bankruptcy Case (Chapter 7). Be sure to:

          Make it a joint filing.

          Upload Creditor Matrix

          File Certificate of Credit Counseling and Pay Advices with Cover Sheet

• Once the exercise is completed, please email your bankruptcy case number(s) to kathleen_ford@vtb.uscourts.gov with “ECF-exercises” as the subject. After the exercise is reviewed, you will receive e-mail notification as to the next steps to take for becoming a registered electronic filer.

CREDITORS’ ATTORNEYS:

• Using case number 11-10013, File a Motion for Relief from Stay.  Include exhibits, a notice of motion under default procedure, proposed order and certificate of service.

• Once the exercise is completed, please email the document number of your motion to kathleen_ford@vtb.uscourts.gov  with “ECF-exercises” as the subject. After the exercise is reviewed, you will receive email notification as to the next steps to take for becoming a

registered electronic filer.
